Assessment appointments typically range from 3 to 5 hours, depending on the nature and scope of the evaluation. To ensure the highest quality of care and attention, only one individual is scheduled for testing on any given day. This intentional approach allows Dr. Burrell to focus fully on each client's unique needs and circumstances.
Clients work directly with Dr. Burrell throughout the entire evaluation process, from assessment to feedback. This continuity promotes consistency, individualized care, and enhanced confidentiality, ensuring that sensitive personal information remains within the direct care of the evaluating psychologist..

Fees for psychological evaluations vary depending on the type and complexity of the assessment being conducted. Burrell Psychological Services operates as a cash-pay practice and does not participate with insurance panels or bill insurance companies directly.
Upon request, clients may receive a superbill that can be submitted to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and is dependent upon the client's specific insurance plan and benefits. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance carrier directly to determine eligibility for reimbursement prior to scheduling services.
