Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover through motivation, perspective, and genuine regard for your wellbeing.

Dr. Burrell specializes in racial, generational, and systemic traumas. In treatment we may explore how these traumas have impacted us at work, in our home, and in our relationships. Racial trauma is often ignored within the systems we live in; however, we will offer a safe space to explore these systems and how it affects us as People of Color

 Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home  at a time that is convenient for you. Sessions are also offered in person.
